Three simple steps

    Install the Downloader app

    On Android TV or Google TV, open Google Play and install Downloader. On Fire TV, open the Amazon Appstore and install Downloader by AFTVnews.

    Enter the FilmPlus link or quick code

    Launch Downloader and type https://filmplus.app/dl in the URL bar, or choose Enter a code and submit 52193 for an instant download.

    Install the FilmPlus APK

    When the APK finishes downloading, select Install. After the app installs, click Done and delete the APK when prompted to free up space.

Allow installation from Downloader

Amazon Fire TV / Firestick

  • Open Settings › My Fire TV › Developer Options.
  • Select Install unknown apps and enable it for Downloader.
  • If you see “Apps from Unknown Sources”, turn it on and continue with the install.

Android TV / Google TV

  • Go to Settings › Security & restrictions › Install unknown apps.
  • On some devices: Settings › Apps › Special app access › Install unknown apps.
  • Enable permission for the Downloader app, then return to finish installing.

Pro tips

  • After FilmPlus is installed, disable unknown sources again for extra security.
  • Keep at least 200 MB of free storage so the APK can download and install smoothly.
  • If playback stutters, reboot the device and relaunch FilmPlus to refresh connections.
